At Olyndra London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Olyndra London tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
